This amazing bed has been reupholstered in a rich Holly Hunt velvet fabric. It is king size. The box springs are original to the bed so they have the B&B Italia logo printed all over them. The box springs show sign of wear around edges but it’s easy enough to buy new ones if you want that. The mattress is designed to lay on top of the springs. The box springs lay directly on the floor with the original surround incasing them. This box is not connected to the original headboard which bolts together in the center from behind. It is an amazing design from the 1970s. The details of the railing has a strip of chrome which adds a nice touch to the overall design.
